1.2 Cancellation After Shipment

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

2. Replacement & Exchange Policy

 

2.1 Eligibility for Replacement

  • Replacements are accepted within 2 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging to qualify for a return.
  • Customers must provide proof of purchase (order number and receipt).

2.2 Replacement Process
